Steam Room and Sauna Time

It has been long overdue but at long last I have time to go to the gym and just relax in the steam bath and sauna. I have always enjoyed spending this type of "me" time.

I don't think I am the only one who indulges in this guilt-less pleasure. I mean, who wouldn't want to go to a steam bath or sauna. It not only makes you feel all relaxed after a session but has countless health
benefits as well not to mention the biggest bonus of making you feel all glowing, smooth and clean. Hehe. =)


Here are just some of the benefits of why you should go to a steam room or sauna if you can:
  1. Eliminates toxins
  2. Rejuvenate and hydrates the skin
  3. Boosts the immune system
  4. Enhances the respiratory system
  5. Relieves stress and relaxes the muscles
After working so hard for weeks and months, it is time to reward ourselves from time to time. This is also a perfect way to rejuvenate and get us ready to start another busy week ahead.
